Does the customer need an app?

No. Customers just use their phone. They can hold it near the NFC area or scan the QR code.

Does HMOOD Reviews work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. Modern iPhone and Android phones support NFC and QR scanning. The QR code is also an alternative when NFC is not used.

Do I need a subscription?

No. The HMOOD Reviews sign works without a subscription. HMOOD Insights is an optional add-on for 79 kr/month.

What is HMOOD Insights?

HMOOD Insights shows how your sign is used, including interactions over time, NFC vs. QR and statistics per sign.

Can I change the Google review link later?

Yes. The Google review link can be updated without replacing the physical sign.

Can I use more than one sign?

Yes. You can have multiple HMOOD Reviews signs linked to the same business.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

Yes. HMOOD Reviews directs customers to your business’s Google review page, so you need a Google Business Profile with a valid review link.

Can HMOOD see who leaves a review?

No. HMOOD does not record who writes a review, and we do not have access to the customer’s Google account or the review itself.

Can HMOOD see how many Google reviews I actually receive?

No. HMOOD Insights measures interactions with the sign, such as NFC taps and QR scans. An interaction does not necessarily mean that a Google review was submitted.

What happens if I cancel HMOOD Insights?

The sign keeps working. HMOOD Insights is only the analytics add-on and is not required for the NFC or QR link to work.
